Caplock Impalement Safety Cover in use - horizontal application

Caplock is the most effective way to cap exposed rebar and reduce the danger of impalement injuries and accidents

Improve Safety on the Jobsite with Caplock:

Unlike other fall protection devices which are easily knocked off, Caplock is the FIRST and ONLY rebar cap system that uses a patented locking device to keep caps securely in place. This prevents the rebar from becoming exposed and eliminates the chance of impalement injuries.

  • Reducing risk of workers becoming impaled on exposed rebar
  • Reduce risk of losing time and money due to job-site injuries
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards
  • Save money/inventory — Caplock eliminates accidental removal. They do not get lost and can be re-used thus reducing the need for replacement
  • Caplock is easy to install and can be used horizontally and does not require a straight line
  • The bright blue color makes it stand out against a sea of safety-orange and Georgia clay
  • Made in the USA
